OFFICIALS

Deputy MacDara MacDaithi is the Minister responsible for Transport, Energy and Communications.  As a Social Democratic deputy, he has legislated for twenty-four years and served in Cabinet for two terms.  He has a BEng in Electronic Engineering from Shearcutter University and worked for an Information Technology corporation before entering Cabinet.  He lives with his wife in Shearcutter City.

The head of the Civil Service in the Department of Transport, Energy and Communications is Nicholas T Golding.  His experience in the Civil Service is long and renowned; he has overseen reform of the Department of Commerce as well as of Transport, Energy and Communications.  He is a graduate in History from the RUSPA in Kwijybopolis.
